Last year, external analgesic rubs had approximately $275 million in sales in the United States… Despite those big sales numbers, there is scant evidence that any of the creams actually work. Some doctors point out that no physical changes occur at the spot where the creams are applied — even if they give the not-unpleasant sensation of heat or cold — and suggest that the only real benefit could be that of a placebo.

Most chronic back pain can be traced back to one singular cause: spinal misalignment. The importance of body alignment (posture) is best explained with an understanding of the “Chain Link” theory of bio-mechanics. The chain link theory of bio-mechanics implores you to think of the body as a chain. If one link in the chain is out of place (misaligned) then ALL the other links in the chain will be out of alignment because they’re all connected. This principle applies to your skeletal system because the moving parts of your skeletal system (the links) all have to work together in proper alignment in order to function optimally. When misalignment occurs, it increases the friction between moving parts (links) leading to premature wear and tear (of the links), causing muscle pain and strain. Unlike Salonpas pain relief products, the BODY-ALINE actually treats the root cause of most back & body pain by realigning your entire body. Once your body is realigned and functioning optimally, you may never need to apply Salonpas again! Many have asked the questions: “Do pain relieving sprays really work?” and “Does pain relief foam really work?” This analysis summarizes why, in our opinion, the BODY-ALINE is a better & more effective back pain solution compared to even the best pain relieving patches, foams & sprays – like Salon Pas, although they both could work well together.
A Personal Review of SalonPas (Pain Relieving Patches) from BODY-ALINE Co-Inventor Jason Bowman…
Fortunately, I have no need to buy Salonpas patches because, thankfully, I don’t have chronic pain. But their pain relieving patches, sprays and foam have certainly proven to be effective, albeit on a temporary basis. Therefore, if I did need to use any type of direct application pain relief substance, I would buy it ONLY with the understanding that it’s a temporary fix. So I would also need to figure out what the root cause of my pain actually is, as well, because treating root cause is the ONLY way to experience permanent lasting relief. That is, of course, unless you want to apply Salonpas, or any other type of pain relieving patches, sprays & foam – for that matter, for the rest of your life. I certainly don’t.
