BACK MASSAGES & PORTABLE BACK MASSAGER PROS:

> There are numerous favorable customer reviews of back massages & back massagers online – effectiveness of almost any type of massage for temporarily relieving muscle tension is well-verified.
> Massagers are very simple to use. Massages are very easy to receive.
> Massagers are moderately inexpensive, while massages can be moderately expensive.

BACK MASSAGES & PORTABLE BACK MASSAGER CONS:

> Massage may temporarily relieve back pain & muscle tension, but they do not treat the root cause of the back pain & muscle tension

Massage relieves, but does not cure, chronic low-back pain.

Versus BODY-ALINE:

As has already been stated, almost any & all forms of massage feel wonderful & are extremely effective in promoting healing and pain relief. So, if you’re considering getting a back massage or buying a back massager, it is almost always a sound investment. However, a back massage alone is not enough to cure most chronic back pain. If you rely exclusively on back massagers for pain relief & don’t treat the root cause of the backpain, which is poor posture, then you are just committing yourself to needing back massages for the rest of your life. The best approach is to treat root cause by getting your body in proper alignment with the BODY-ALINE. Then rely on massage on an as-needed basis. Any form of massage, including back massagers, is HIGHLY recommended in conjunction with the BODY-ALINE. One form of therapy (back massager) provides temporary relief, while the BODY-ALINE provides permanent lasting back & body pain relief because it treats root cause. Many have asked the questions: “What’s the best back massager to buy?” and “What is the best electric back pain massager?” This analysis summarizes why, in our opinion, the BODY-ALINE is a better & more effective back pain solution compared to even the back massagers for back pain relief, although they both work well together.

A Personal Review of Back Massages & Back Pain Massagers from BODY-ALINE Co-Inventor Jason Bowman…

I am a big advocate of getting back massages & self-using back massagers to relieve pain. They do work. I even recommend them when you’re not in pain just because they feel good & are relaxing. Overall, getting a massage from a licensed massage therapist and/or using personal electric massagers can certainly provide stress relief, and keep your back muscles limber & functioning optimally. However, if you find yourself in need of massage on a daily, if not weekly, basis to experience pain relief then something is wrong & you have to ask why? Chances are it’s from poor body alignment. Fix your body-alignment first, then use back massages as a supplemental therapy when needed.
